We provide professional counselling services tailored to support individuals experiencing a range of life challenges. This includes support for anxiety, stress management, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and personal growth.

No, we do not offer Medicare rebates. We operate outside of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS), which means you do not need a GP referral or a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) to book an appointment with us. You can self-refer and get started whenever you are ready.

No, our services are not eligible for private health insurance rebates. We recommend checking our fee structure below, as we aim to keep our rates competitive and accessible for self-funding clients.

Our current session fee’s are $120. Payment is required at the time of your session. We are cash preferred but will happily accept direct bank transfer and EFTPOS.

Not at all. Because we do not process Medicare claims, you do not need a referral from a GP or a psychiatrist. You can contact us directly to book an appointment at a time that suits you.

Yes, absolutely. Confidentiality is a core pillar of our practice. Everything you discuss with your counsellor is strictly confidential, in accordance with Australian ethical and legal standards for mental health professionals.
Note: The only exceptions to confidentiality occur if there is a legal obligation to disclose information or an immediate risk of harm to yourself or someone else. Your counsellor will discuss this with you during your first session.

The number of sessions depends entirely on your unique situation, goals, and needs. Some clients find that a few sessions give them the clarity and tools they need, while others prefer ongoing, long-term support. We will work together to find a pace and frequency that feels right for you.

We understand that life happens and plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50%. No show will incur 100% fee.
Massage FAQ’s

Some techniques may feel intense, especially when treating tight or dysfunctional tissue. However, it should never feel unbearable. Your therapist will always work within your comfort level and adjust pressure as needed

No referral is required. However, if massage has been suggested for a specific condition a referral from your treating practitioner can assist with health information collection.

Yes — Our therapist accept all private health funds. Please check your individual policy for rebate amounts.

This depends on your condition. Acute issues may improve in 1–3 sessions, while chronic or long‑term problems may require maintenance treatment. Your therapist will discuss a personalised plan with you.

Relaxation massage: gentle, soothing, designed to reduce stress and promote calm.
